1. Definitions and scope

In this document, "SportyBet" denotes the online sports wagering service operated under that brand, "the user" denotes any natural person who registers an account or otherwise accesses the service, and "the account" denotes the personal account opened by the user to wager on the platform. The terms apply to all interactions with the service through the website, the mobile application, or any other authorised channel.

2. Age restriction and eligibility

The service is restricted to natural persons aged 18 or older. The user is responsible for verifying that wagering is permitted in the jurisdiction from which the service is accessed. SportyBet may, at any time, request documentary verification of age and identity. Where verification cannot be completed, the account may be suspended or closed and any funds returned to the source of deposit.

3. Account registration

Each user may register a single personal account. The information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and current. The user undertakes to update the registered information without delay if any element changes. Multiple accounts associated with the same person, household or device may be suspended or closed, with any associated promotional benefits forfeit.

4. Authentication and account security

The user is responsible for keeping the authentication credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs on the account. The user must notify SportyBet without delay if unauthorised access to the account is suspected. SportyBet may require additional verification before processing high-value transactions or executing administrative requests.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the channels available to accounts in the user's region. The supported methods, applicable minima and maxima, and processing windows are displayed in the cashier interface and may change without prior notice. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before funds are released, and may be processed back to the original source of deposit where required by anti-money-laundering rules.

6. Wagering rules and odds

All wagers are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the wager is submitted and accepted by the system. SportyBet reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any wager where there is reasonable cause, including suspected manipulation, evident errors in odds, abuse of promotional offers, or other breaches of these terms. Settlement is based on the official result published by the recognised governing body.

7. Promotional offers and bonuses

Promotional offers are governed by the campaign-specific terms in addition to these general terms. Bonus funds typically carry wagering requirements which must be cleared before any associated winnings become withdrawable. SportyBet may revise, suspend, or withdraw a promotional offer at any time with notice. Abuse of promotional offers, including the operation of multiple accounts or coordinated activity, may result in the forfeiture of associated balances.

8. Account closure and self-exclusion

The user may close the account at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion may be requested as documented on the Responsible Gaming page. Outstanding wagers placed before closure are settled in accordance with these terms; any remaining real-money balance is returned to the source of deposit where possible, subject to verification.

9. Limitation of liability

SportyBet provides the service on an "as available" basis. SportyBet does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical disruption. SportyBet is not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including network outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.

10. Dispute resolution

Disputes are addressed first through customer support. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through support, the user may escalate to the operator's dispute resolution team using the procedure documented on the Contact and Support page. SportyBet endeavours to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

11. Applicable law and amendments

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction designated in the operator's licensing framework. SportyBet may amend these terms with notice published on the site. Continued use of the service following an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
